Four Paws Aqua is currently looking for a fully trained canine hydrotherapist to work on a self employed basis over the weekend.

All applicants must have the relevant qualifications from Greyfriars, Hawksmoor or another reputable training provider.
This post is suitable for someone who is customer focused, good with dogs and a team player. We are looking for someone who has a passion for hydrotherapy and wants to join a successful team.
This post will initially be to cover swims on a weekend, with a view to then working in the week as well.

The Role.

We are looking for reliable, responsible and caring individuals in Portsmouth and the surrounding areas, who have experience with dog sitting/ownership to look after dogs in their (the candidates) home.

This can range from one overnight stay, to a number of consecutive days and nights. If you are able to accommodate dogs at very short notice this would be advantageous. We may in the future look to offer other pet sitting services for our customers so if you would be happy to sit for other small animals please include this in your application.

Pay - Overnight dog sitting £7per dog per night (all dog's food etc is provided)
Longer periods will be agreed before the stay.

Bank Staff will be paid on arrival in your home or the collection from our premises in Fratton

You need to be 18 years of age and above to be considered. Applicants 17-18years of age will need to demonstrate parental consent for them to look after the animals in their parents home.

This is on a casual and self-employed basis. We are unable to guarantee availiability of work.

Applicants would need to provide two references . (Character refs acceptable where candidate has no formal experience with dogs)

A current CRB certificate (dated within the last 12months) and your own transport would be an advantage but NOT essential.

Then we may have the perfect voluntary role for you!!
The role will include; handling/bathing dogs, general cleaning, dog walking, working in our Doggy Day Care centre,
customer service and helping to promote the pool at events.

No experience required as full training will be given – all you need is to be Very reliable and enthusiastic.
Minimum age 16 years.
